What exactly is it?
kubeMastery is a learning platform specialized in Kubernetes that uses a cluster simulation running entirely in JavaScript in your browser. We work hard to ensure our environment matches the behavior of a real Kubernetes cluster as closely as possible. Here's how we do it:
Validated with official OpenAPI
We continuously test our implementation against the official Kubernetes OpenAPI specifications. All our resources (Pods, Deployments, ConfigMaps, Secrets, etc.) are validated against official JSON schemas to ensure maximum compliance.
Official documentation
Our courses are built from the official Kubernetes documentation. Even though it's a simulation, it faithfully reproduces the behavior of a real cluster.
Kubernetes source code as reference
We use the Kubernetes source code as a reference. In fact, we believe learning with our simulation might be more efficient than a real cluster: you avoid wasting time troubleshooting infrastructure, network, or configuration issues that have nothing to do with what you're learning.
Identical outputs to real terminal
We regularly compare our terminal outputs with those from a real environment. Every kubectl command produces identical results to those you would get on a real Kubernetes cluster.
